15A NCAC 10B .0225      ELK

(a)  The season for taking elk is October 1 through November 1.

(b)  Hunting shall be by permit only.

(c)  The bag limit is one per permit.

(d)  Elk may be taken by any legal weapon as specified in G.S. 113-291.1.
